This is universal. You can wear it with tankini tops in different styles and colors. I wanted something that would cover my buttocks and thighs. The slight flare of the skirt (which is also sexy because of the holes/lace) does the trick and makes me feel cute even though it's closed. I ordered a size larger than usual to avoid buckling at the waist and for extra comfort. The material under the tied skirt is a full coverage bikini bottom. The combination is fantastic. When I tried it on for consultation, I wore it with a tankini top and was told it looked cute, like a sundress. I ordered the turquoise celadon which is bright and beautiful just like the pictures and also the black one. Great price and good buy. If you're wondering what size to get, order both and return the one that doesn't fit so you can order more flowers in the correct fit. The sizing I think depends on where on your waist you want to wear it. If you want it smaller, go up a size, if you want it shorter and tighter, go down a size. (I ordered larger than my usual size for comfort)
