Buy this now! You won’t regret it.

These probes have up’d my game on the smoker! So easy to use and allows you to not worry about the meat’s progress. They’re expensive but so worth it. After a couple months of use, I purchased a second MEATER+ unit for times when I’m smoking/baking multiple different meats. Only downside is the ambient air feature seems to register well below actual oven temp (somewhat understandable with large slabs of cold meat nearby). That’s secondary to the actual value though, which is a very accurate internal temp of the meat.
