The chair seems comfortable and instructive enough for the little money it costs, but when unpacking the plastic element in the back of the chair intended for lumbar support, a screw was missing, and therefore it was addressed separately. I figured it must have worked during shipping so I turned the back over and it wasn't a screw that fell out but a brass bushing and ball bearing with no indication of how or if it could be attached to the back or if it was generic part of a chair or something random that fell out of the car. Finally, four large rubber washers were included with the equipment, with no indication of where or if they belong on that particular chair.
