Yes the mount is very good. Looks like a show. The brightness and color of the light depends on the choice of light source. Conventional incandescent (LED) lamps were used. Because the replacement attachment hung down, my electrical box was too tall to fit in the position shown above. The bracket works just as well and looks just as good when hung in the down position. The glass lampshades are deep and therefore the bulbs are not visible when looking at the fixture when standing in front of the sink/vanity over which it is mounted. You really have to get right under the fixture to see the real bulbs. Therefore, do not worry if you install the device upside down (upside down as shown in the figure). That looks great. Deeply corrugated, translucent glass lampshades look great with the light on or off. The lamp is easy to align, even if the box is not quite level on the wall.
