Defrosting dish suitable for serving cutlery

Works well = Food thaws much faster and food structure does not change. The downside is the corners of the bumper can be easily ripped off and move - this results in air not getting under the compartment - not sure if this reduces defrosting efficiency without a bumper - but be aware. when removing the corners of the bumper when washing.
