A Vaner That Does Not Live Up to Expectations

I consider myself to be a seasoned shopper in the realms of apparel, shoes, and jewelry; but, my recent experience shopping at Avaner left me feeling unimpressed. Although there was a reasonable assortment of things, the quality was not up to par in my opinion. The jewelry appeared to have been mass-produced in a factory and had the look and texture of being mass-produced. The garments were constructed using low-quality materials and broke apart after only a few uses. In addition, I was not thrilled with the quality of the client support. It took days for me to receive a response to my queries about shipping and returns, and when I eventually did, the response was unhelpful and ambiguous. To add insult to injury, Avaner's online prices did not reflect the bad quality of the things they sold, which was already a problem. I ended up spending a lot more money than I needed to on things that were not worth the price that they were sold at. The entirety of my time spent with Avaner left me feeling let down, and I will not be recommending their services to anyone. There is a plethora of competition in the form of additional online shops that provide items of higher quality together with excellent customer service at rates that are comparable or even cheaper.

Pros
  • Products made with superior components and craftsmanship.
Cons
  • higher costs in comparison to some rivals.
