I feel like this brand has gained fat. I use it as a filler.
I bought mocha, vanilla and berries. I can't drink an aroma at once. Worst taste of the 3 berries. I suspect this supplement in my shakes increased my body fat percentage, but it's cheap compared to Vega. I will continue to buy vanilla, but I will never risk losing money on chocolate. UPDATE: Adding heavy cream or oat milk will help the vanilla. MOCCA mixed with INSTANT coffee is sweet but good for my elderly mom. I have purchased this brand a total of 7 times and will continue to do so.
