Item works exactly as described but programming procedure is interesting. I was sure they were trying to draw one of them towards me. It took me about 5 minutes to plug and unplug the key before it got the right beat. After a few minutes I was sure it was just a joke that I was in the car having some weird ignition sex. Out. faster, slower. then suddenly the lights flashed on. I slowly inserted the key back in one last time, turned it to the Acc position, and culminated in hitting the button that programmed the remote. Once programmed this is a great device. works basically the same as OEM. You have to hold down the unlock or lock button a little longer than the OEM, but otherwise the same.
