Hello! These shorts are perfect for the busy boy (or girl). Moms are rarely happy about basics, but these shorts deserve special attention. There isn't a single feature I don't like and I can't think of anything that would make it better other than an accompanying laundress. First the fabric. It's the kind of moisture-wicking material that's so great when it's hot or you're heading down a creek. They also have fantastic stretch to add to that comfort. That stretch is included in the belt, but not that you need it there. They have adjustable tongues that are perfect for your child. 4 main pockets (2 front, 2 back) are lined with fabric, like a basketball jersey, so if your kid stuffs handfuls of wet rocks in their pocket (which is pretty common in my house), they won't stay there and get moldy. The bottom 2 cargo pockets are external. I only have one complaint about them: since they are the perfect pair of shorts in my opinion, I would love them in expanded colors. My kid has to wear navy pants and if they came in navy - both shorts and pants - I would probably replace his entire collection of uniform pants. Please? Add fleet? I love them in enhanced colors.
