Remove the water flow restrictor and you're good to go.

This is a nice simple shower head. Good amount of threads and the swivel works well. It is highly recommended that you remove the water restrictor unless you live in an area that does not have an adequate water supply. Before I removed the restrictor, the water flow in the shower was pretty anemic, although my water pressure is decent. The green and black water limiter is located in the neck of the showerhead next to the screw on the faucet and can be pulled out with needle nose pliers. Ah, much better ;-)
