It was made so cheaply it fell apart immediately. It's designed completely backwards and the lift will break right away. The stairs don't climb very high at all, which is misleading in the photo. I bought it thinking it has a steep stair case but basically it doesn't go up at all and if you try it falls apart immediately. My kids got it for Christmas and I've already donated it to charity. You could find this at the Dollar Store and it was definitely a piece of crap! Too bad I didn't pay 30.00 for it. Should have stayed with a well known brand but the stairs looked cool.
