I am about 175 lbs and 5’4 and 40D bra. I purchased a size 12. There is some give in the dress especially in the top. I felt like although sometimes I wear size 10 the belted area doesn’t have much give and I think the 10 would have been to small to feel comfortable in on me. I thought it was a nice put together dress that I wore to my grandfather’s 80th birthday as well as for a holiday party. It wasn’t too hot and I was glad that it covered my arms without being long sleeves. I recommend and I would purchase again in different patterns.
