Review on HD 102 Powered Splitter Certified Support by David Finley

This product worked fine for the first few months, then it suddenly started cutting out the sound on devices connected to the splitter. After reading the reviews, I was looking forward to the lag and instant black screen when switching devices. The sound issue doesn't appear to be related to switching devices as it does so without changing the input at all. If I unplug the splitter and plug it back in, the sound comes back briefly. After about 20 minutes it goes off again. Unfortunately, I had to bypass the splitter to get at least one TV to work. I am currently looking for a replacement. I think you get what you pay for.
