Hopelessly untrue

I only cut with carbide. This is the reason I bought it. After a test run, however, conspicuous marks are visible on the wheel. The wheel doesn't really move because I think the center is clogged with plastic bushings. Hence the bad vibration. I was hoping to get something better if I pay a little more. I might try making a custom aluminum bushing to see if that improves things.
