ERKOON Online Store provides terrible customer service

My most recent interaction with the ERKOON online store was a complete disaster. I tried contacting their customer care department for help after ordering a product that was not as stated on the website. But I encountered useless, indifferent representatives who didn't appear to care about my problem. Before I was able to get an answer, it took me several tries and several days of waiting. Even then, the answer provided was insufficient. They suggested that I keep the defective item and attempt to fix it myself rather than offering a refund or exchange. Overall, I was quite disappointed in the ERKOON online store's lack of care and consideration for its customers. I won't be returning to this place in the future and would not advise anyone to shop there.
