hadn't had the heart to try the second knob

the first door knob went step by step by the instructions it was either defective or a terrible product you have to crank it with two hands and I've shamed that door squared it and everything to get it to move the cylinder enough that you can pop the door open so I hadn't even put the second one on the old door

Pros

It's a nice door handle it sticks so you have to twist hard at times to open it

Cons

The knob design may not be suitable for users with disabilities or mobility issues, making it difficult or impossible to use
