I was sent an inappropriate product
Where do I start? Whoever passed off this laptop I received as brand new has misadvertised. I have already restarted my laptop. So I know what it looks like when you open a laptop that has just restarted and boots up again. The product I received not only did this, but said all files were deleted to the point where Windows was not installed on it. So I literally can't even test how it works with programs or devices. It keeps getting stuck on the first boot screen because some idiot deleted windows from it.
