I opened the box and the CD cover wouldn't close, so that must be a problem. Music turned on via radio and bluetooth and the sound was terrible. I wasn't expecting a full symphonic feel from a cheap boombox, but reviews were generally positive about the sound, so I took the plunge. Either the people who upvoted the sound got paid, or they were partially deaf because it's bullshit. I don't consider myself a music lover either and I still find the sound quality terrible. The only positive was that I was able to swap it out for a new one with no problem (since the CD cover wouldn't close) and the new one arrived quickly and didn't break. However, the new one was clearly used and I am annoyed that I paid full price for a used one. The box was dented, opened by the previous owner and taped inaccurately. Come on, it's only in my class for a bit of ambient noise, so I decided to trade it in despite the poor sound quality.
