We use these all the time!
These things are great for grilling! We put aluminum foil in the pot, if the meat is raw then we just throw away the foil and put the cooked meat on the baking sheet. So comfortable! We have also used them to bake bacon in the oven, lasagna etc. You can always double them up if needed and just reuse the unused one later.
