I bought these because they were cheap and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. It only took me two to reflect the warmth of two sunny windows while the curtains were down for a couple of weeks. I hide the rest in the car and with camping gear. I thought I might need extra ones because they would tear and not hold up. But not so much. I stick them to the window frame and peel them off at night when I don't need the heat reflection. They don't hold and tear like I thought they would. I can even peel off the tape without the reflective part coming loose or tearing. They might survive the temporary use I had for them. I'm sure they would work as a rescue blanket too!
