Great product, fantastic customer service
The software works seamlessly with our GPS systems and has been very helpful in saving time and money. There are some minor glitches here and there but that's what you get when working with such a new piece of equipment. We've had no issues with this company or their products as far as I know. A great addition to our fleet of equipment. It helps us track and maintain our vehicles without having to send people out to do it. This saves us money and makes it easier for our employees to manage their own work vehicles.
Pros
- The technology is so advanced these days all my other vendors use Groundhog now too since we switched! Very easy process, good customer service (from an email), super tech support team available whenever needed at any hour :) They keep up to date records from every day which enables me not only check where things have come into location history etc.,but also if anything breaks down while away..I'm able find exactly why everything doesn't respond appropriately
