We have used it 3 times and my husband and I love it. The setup was confusing for the first few minutes but my husband figured it out. The product is marked in English, but as a second language, so reading the details in the translation is a little different. Have plain table salt handy, but only a small amount is needed (say, 1/2 teaspoon). I'm not sure what the different cycles do exactly, but the indicator light goes through 4 cycles and then tells you when it's done. I quickly got a headache when I started, but about 10 minutes after I finished I was feeling good and more energetic than before. My husband had the opposite - his head didn't hurt during the period, but afterwards he was very tired and just wanted to go to bed. Satisfied with the quality, the price is right.
