When I saw how much money Wavlink wasted on the out of the box and built in display I didn't have high hopes at all but after a few weeks of testing I didn't have any crashes at all appear. It's not Wi-Fi 6 so if that's what you're looking for, keep looking, but for a typical AC3200 router it's pretty reliable. I used its Wi-Fi to connect to my main computer (in the same room) and didn't notice any lag or upload/download issues, although I've seen it on much more expensive routers. The only downsides I see with this router are: 3 LAN ports instead of 4, no WPS button for easy pairing, and a basically unconfigurable display on top of the router that shows incorrect information. It keeps saying my WiFi is off even though I have multiple devices connected to the internet through its WiFi and it only shows the temperature in Celsius. There are definitely better routers out there for your money, but it's always going to be a gamble and they'll never be that much better. My first impressions of it were pretty bad, but after a couple of weeks of use I can recommend it pretty well.
