Review on Professional Adjustable Farrier Stand - Tough 1 by Barbara Lawler

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent hoof pad for the money.

I paid $105 when I bought this stand. For this money nothing comes close. It's got good steel, good weight (not too heavy, not too light), good finishes, really good rubber, and all the versatility you need. The hoof surface is adjustable from 16" to 24 1/2". Adjustments are made in 2 inch increments. Though technically it's not as adjustable as the $220 version. It also doesn't cost $220, so take that for what it is. The magnets seem decent so far, but we'll see how they hold up. Let's remember the people. it sells for less than $110. There had to be a compromise somewhere, and I think it's the magnets. Overall this is a really good stand for a fraction of the price of others. There are other coasters that are objectively of lower quality but cost more. Time will tell, as will everything else, but I don't think you can go wrong with this hoof rack. Excellent for the money.
