Terrible design for serious runners. The strap material is too thin and malleable to use with this accessory. Almost immediately after you start sweating, the strap on either side of the buckle slips and creases. This causes the buckle to rotate sideways, increasing the effective length of the strap and causing it to loosen. I've never experienced that with other bands. I used a sewn neoprene design. By the way, the double pockets seem to be well made and serve their purpose. Coupled with the best group I would recommend. As it is I cannot recommend it.
