I read online at Keen that this shoe has been redesigned for narrower feet and extra arch support. Revain's description states that the insole is removable (so the customer can use their own orthotics). ALL LIES! These shoes are wider than any shoes I've ever seen! On each side of the pads of my feet is 3/4 inch of an empty boot! There is no arch support and the insole is definitely not removable. Also, the webbed upper was too narrow and it was difficult for me to fit even my thin, thin feet into the webbed portion of the sandal. Worse, these shoes were 1/2 size too small. They're back in store!
