Review on Effortless Flipping: OXO Good Grips Stainless Steel Fish Turner by Juanita Valentin

I'm in electroplating and they used to have an article about essential kitchen supplies. Since my kitchen is pretty full, I started reading smugly, expecting to have everything. But no, I haven't. I was in no rush to buy everything I needed, but I bought two - a Zester Microplane and this fish fin. They even had the same photo of this OXO model in their article, although the brand was not named. That was eight months ago and I still haven't used a zester. But this fishing shovel has become my favorite all-purpose shovel. It works really well and allows precise control. I hand wash it after a quick soak and let it air dry (no towel drying) and there hasn't been a rusting problem, not even on the welds. There are more expensive lathes out there, but the quality of this one is all it takes. Recommended. Now it remains to make the left option.
