A very good heat-cold pack
It is good that I selected this. Any smaller would not have covered my ankle adequately. The heating time in microwave is quite small. Anything higher than 30-35 seconds is unlikely to be needed. One must follow the instructions in this regard or it can be very hot on the skin.While using it for the ankle one has to use something to hold it there for the next 20 minutes or so. I used the Bracoo Breathable Neoprene Ankle Support . Just put the neoprene support velcros on top of it. There may be many other solutions but this is the one that worked for me.
