The team at TANGENT is very committed and works hard everyday towards delivering what our clients want from them - they are always thinking about how we could do things better! This has continued since I joined as their client manager for one month last year so it's now been two years of working together. They really make great workday colleagues too (even though you wouldn't know this initially!). We've worked closely across multiple sites over those past 2 years and there hasn't ever come a time where I wish my colleague had not made me feel supported when needed or asked questions related to processes/workflows etc. It does help if your technical knowledge base extends beyond software development but even then some good advice will still get through because everyone thinks differently :) Sometimes being able to offer input early helps others understand why something might be done a certain way instead of having someone just say 'do X' without any explanation.
