The bottle does not indicate where to add the PRODUCT. I called Meguiar customer service and they told me the bottle was misspelled. PRODUCT first to the lines, then water to the orange arrow in my photo. It didn't make any sense, so I took out a measuring cup and a calculator. And NO, NO. NO. It's WATER first to the 4:1 or 10:1 line, then PRODUCT to the green arrow (27 ounces) in my photo. This gives you a water/product ratio closer to 6:1 and 11:1 instead of 4:1 and 10:1. WATER on the 10:1 line, then product on the orange arrow brings you closer to 4:1. I am sure people use different concentrates without realizing what they are using. But buy a ridiculously overpriced bottle with a bad label instead. Purchase a 32-ounce spray bottle. Use the measuring cup to mark the 32 ounce line, 29 ounce line (10:1), and 25 ounce line (4:1). For a deep clean, add WATER to the 25oz/4:1 line, then PRODUCT to the 32oz line. For a medium clean, add WATER to the 29oz/10:1 line, then PRODUCT to the 32oz line.
