Review on Ergonomic Santoku Knife 7In KITAKAMI X50CrMoV15 Steel Non-Slip Handle - FISSMAN Multipurpose Stainless Steel Kitchen Knives by Robert Petrig

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Smaller handle, great for chopping through softer foods

I got this to replace my regular chef knife. When I got this I noticed that the handle was small/skinny, but I have small hands so it worked out! Its comfortable to chop, and I havent gotten any blisters or anything from using it. I dont eat meat so I chop mostly fruits and vegetables. Right out of the box it worked great for cutting through softer foods (onions, tomatoes, etc.) but it didn't chop harder foods straight (carrots, beets, etc.) I'm going to sharpen it and see if it helps chop harder foods better.
