Disappointing, the lowest speed is too strong.

At lowest speed, this mixer is number 8 on my KitchenAid hand mixer. At the lowest speed, it squirts everywhere. As a pastry chef I was looking for something this powerful, it's powerful but unfortunately the low speed is too powerful to make it a working mixer.
