Great tool for collecting data from various sources into SFDC
The best part about this software is it syncs to Salesforce! I had an issue where my contacts were not fully importing into CRM through Data Anywhere but they've fixed them in recent updates for us (I think?) If there's anything we dislike or would like changed then please let me know so we can make those changes as well :) We have been able solve our issues of data collection by using their product because now all leads are going straight back into SFDC via API instead just manually collecting everything ourselves which was time consuming plus inefficient - saving hours per month!!
Pros
- Very simple interface
- Automatically pulls lead information from sales cloud.
- Sync with other tools seamlessly such Excel, etc
Cons
- It didn't sync up perfectly at first when bringing over new account numbers/leads; however after fixing that problem things worked out great
