Sometimes the chip breaks and makes it unusable, but usually everything is fine.
When they work, they work late, that's great. I shook it, it was full. I googled for troubleshooting, the community there says the chip often breaks. I opened another new one and it worked fine. So, I have a full toner with a broken chip on my desk, but luckily I have 4 packs so I can still print this week.
