My husband bought this for a printer and he swears by it. He says it definitely works with the specified printer model and it took a year which is amazing. I reordered it because it works so well and for so long. Definitely great quality, definitely great. Much cheaper to buy than buying from a Dell store or office supply store.

Works well, print quality is good but keeps giving errors, has to keep removing and reinstalling toner. It happens with different colors, but most often with blue. I've uploaded an image showing what the Dell Hub is reading. I've tried disabling just the Dell toner warning but that doesn't help.

They were accepted by my Dell printer with the only prompt to turn the printer off and on again after installation. It has worked flawlessly so far and I can recommend it.

Excellent product. I haven't used anything but these guys toner since my printer ran out of ink the first time. No problem. I have literally bought 4 toner kits in the last two years. We print tens of thousands of pages a year with our Dell laser printer. Excellent cartridges.

When they work, they work late, that's great. I shook it, it was full. I googled for troubleshooting, the community there says the chip often breaks. I opened another new one and it worked fine. So, I have a full toner with a broken chip on my desk, but luckily I have 4 packs so I can still print this week.

I ordered these cartridges for my office and was very satisfied with both the product and the service from Do It Wiser. I recently added this item to my autoship so I could just "set it and forget it".

Had a great price - worked fine for a while - then my drum started having problems and left toner on the page - switched back to Dell original and fixed everything - NOT recommended.
