The customer service is excellent! It's easy to use/ navigate through as well has being able so send out notifications when an appointment time comes up or it gets cancelled without having too much of hassle with my emails not going thru either (which happens sometimes). I like that they make sure all appointments are kept in one place for ease during any future cancellations if needed etc.. They also offer discounts which makes them even more worth while!! Nothing really at this point i dislike about their services but maybe some features could be improved upon such things would probably help improve user experience overall since we do have many clients who prefer booking via kennelsbooker vs other online options available now days - mainly because its easier than dealing wth multiple sites where each site can charge different rates depending what citys area code people live within our states borders therefor making us pay higher.
