I was dying to have and use this tool! Finally something to calm all those crazy hairs on my beard and head. I have full hair, medium strand of hair but a ton, my beard is coarse. The package came quickly, the packaging is excellent! I have read the manual and followed its instructions exactly. I combed the tool from the root of my hair for over an hour only to end up with a curly beard with semi straight/unruly hair. I tried to get blunt curly semi straight hair on my head full of hair. My review of this product is not recommended if you have thick hair/beard. The packaging and the concept are great. I had high hopes for this tool.
