Review on Efficient Neutral/Backup Switch by Standard Motor Products - NS94 by Marcus Amillion

I bought this product but it didn't fit me. I used to have harsh shifts in every gear, now only when shifting in reverse (partially fixed). Before installing it I tested it with a multimeter looking for resistance (ohms) in each gear but Park and Reverse show zero resistance (According to the manual it should be in the range: P from 3769 to 4608 ohms / R from 1304 up to 1593 ohms). The rest of the positions are within range and move correctly. Clicking the contact seller link takes you to a company website that does not offer support. That too is false advertising. The sensor in the picture has a Ford logo on the sensor but it is generic.
