The only reason I give this device four stars is because I haven't tested it for water resistance. I just can't bring myself to submerge a device that costs nearly $1,000. The main reason I bought this was to make the phone useful on the beach. I always showed up with my phone in a zipped bag so I wouldn't get dirty. This is obviously a huge pain - you can't take photos and you can't interact with your phone by touching the screen. This is a great solution. It keeps sand out so you can keep using your phone without worrying about sand getting in where it shouldn't. The tip is also a nice touch. This makes carrying the case very convenient. And the colors are good. You can try to mix and match the phone case you have or just choose what you like. It's a shame that the multi-colored cases don't cost the same. As I said, I did not submerge the bag in water. The instructions say to test it before you plug your phone in (yes!), but I didn't need it for that anyway. Highly recommended.
