Not the best, but by far not the worst!Build quality and sturdiness, best goes to the mashers, they handled undercooked Russet and Yukon Golds like a champ, heald up great.The pealers do feel, and are a bit flimsy.As with most cooking utensils, weight helps with steadyness and accuracy, the peelers definatly felt like a cheap build, and one did bend, but thats kind of expected to happen when pealing 200+lbs of spuds.Not professional chef quality, but they still are a worthy purchase at the price, for cooking norms, new flocks (people getting out on their own for the first time), and students, its not a bad deal.Its not a set from Wusthof from Germany, or Global from Japan. If this is your first knife set, it will get you by.
