I really like this toothpaste. My husband, who doesn't normally choose alternative products, switched from Colgate to this one. We've both been using it for a year and a half or more. Afterwards the teeth become very clean and fresh. You also don't have to spit out all that coarse suds from regular toothpaste. As others have said, sometimes it's better than a teeth cleaning! I have also successfully remineralized a cavity using this toothpaste, fermented cod liver oil and reduced sugar/cereals. The hygienist and the dentist were amazed that six months later, even with a small camera, no caries could be seen! A downside is the price. It recently went up to $18 for two people. I used to pay $12 for two! I'm glad it lasts! For those of you who noticed the "Warning" that it contains lead, I've done a little research on the subject and from what I've gathered every clay contains trace amounts of lead. Lead is a natural element and I personally find that when naturally present in clay it is not harmful. I have seen amazing results with this toothpaste and would recommend it to anyone. Of course these are all my personal opinions and I decided to share them! Enjoy toothpaste and enjoy clean teeth! :)
