Essential shampoo product missing / conditioner cap broken
I wanted to love this brand because the product is amazing. Disappointed with the quality of delivery. I read other reviews and I should have listened to them. I received a conditioner with a broken cap (picture attached) and I also bought a shampoo that was clearly empty. An ounce can be accurate, but then the bottle must be made accordingly. Unfortunately not worth it for the price of the product.
