I have no problem with real shampoo at the moment. I just got it and I don't expect magic for the first few washes. I have a problem with the shampoo packaging. I love this shampoo/conditioner. I live in Houston, Texas (if you don't know, it's HUMID) and this smoothing formula works like magic. The smell is fantastic too. It may seem expensive, but you don't need a lot of product per wash. I have long thick hair and I do 2 cycles of shampoo (about a quarter a size) the 2nd cycle lathers up really great and then I apply the conditioner and it keeps my frizzy mane under control until the next wash! I couldn't be happier with this product.

I really think this is the first time I've written a bad review in all my years of buying from Revain. I don't know how many stars to give this product because I really like the smell of this product. What I don't like is spending $11 for a 2.5 ounce bottle that's only 3/4 full. I am very angry about this. How cheap can you be? I spend $11 on a sample bottle of shampoo and it's not even full! I will definitely never buy this product again. I have very fine wavy/curly hair, I'm in my 40's and live in humid Florida. I have this shampoo and conditioner to help with frizzy hair. The scent is a bit like washing powder. Air conditioning is good in my opinion. But this shampoo leaves my hair LIST clean and calls for moisture, which makes no sense as it claims to help frizzy and unruly hair and soften it. I wanted to love this brand because the product is amazing. Disappointed with the quality of delivery. I read other reviews and I should have listened to them. I received a conditioner with a broken cap (picture attached) and I also bought a shampoo that was clearly empty. An ounce can be accurate, but then the bottle must be made accordingly.
