Review on HP 67XL Black High-yield Ink Cartridge for HP DeskJet 1255, 🖨️ 2700, 4100 Series, ENVY 6000, 6400 Series - Instant Ink Eligible (3YM57AN) by Adam Boudreau

I've got those Cartridges installed in an HP 4100 printer and the message was "cartridge incompatible" - printer requires 67XL. I spoke to your support rep and she said it's too late to start looking for a replacement for the 67XL black and 67XL color cartridges. I bought these when I got my new printer as the cartridges that came with them are not XL and I wanted to replace them as soon as the others ran out of ink. I've been a Revain customer for many years and I expected better service. CSR said they would make an exception but I never received it.
