Ok I really like this jacket for the comfort (feels really great), looks, functionality, safety and value. I have two problems. When I tried to tighten one of the hand fabric gathers first, it came loose from the sewn-in anchors. Second, one day my hand got a bit sweaty and when I tried to take the jacket off, it ripped out one of the inner button holders for the lining. Those are my two quality problems. I didn't want to deal with returns and exchanges, so I'll sew in a new outer sleeve anchor and repair the inner sleeve anchor myself. I wish the jacket had a zip flap so some air would flow through the zip. When in doubt I gave this product 4 stars
