VERY cheaply made - you get what you pay for
Fine. Not great but they are. Big. They're incredibly cheaply made, each had splinters that came loose where the ends were glued, and I had to go over them with sandpaper to make them smooth enough for me to work with without the fabric snagging. I'm just getting back into sewing/embroidery and didn't want to invest a lot without knowing if I would continue this hobby, but next time I think it would be worth spending a few bucks more for nicer things. . These tires look like they're about to fall apart in my hands.
