Review on GBGS by Justin Luna

My most recent transaction was done at GBGS, an e-commerce website that specializes in providing industrial and scientific gear, brackets, and other things that are similar. Unfortunately, my interactions with them were unsatisfying and aggravating. To begin, the website in question was not at all simple to navigate. It was tough to navigate, and I had a hard time finding the things that I needed. After a lot of searching, I was eventually able to find what I was looking for, however the product description was quite unclear and missed crucial facts like measurements and weight. Second, their customer care did not respond to my inquiries and was not of any assistance. I attempted to get in touch with them via email and phone on multiple occasions, but I received no response. When I was finally able to have a conversation with someone, they were impolite and showed no interest in assisting me in finding a solution to my problem. Last but not least, the goods I ordered did not match the description on the website. The brackets that I ordered were intended to be heavy-duty, but when they arrived, I found that they were quite weak and appeared to be made of materials of a low grade. When I attempted to return the item, I was informed that in addition to a restocking fee, I would also be responsible for paying the postage costs associated with the return. In general, GBGS is not a retailer that I would suggest to anyone trying to purchase industrial and scientific hardware. Their website is difficult to navigate, their customer support is inattentive and ineffective, and the things they provide do not live up to their advertising claims. Look elsewhere to satisfy your requirements for hardware to spare yourself the trouble.
