The customer support is very good as well it's easy to use which makes our job much easier! Also I like that you can create multiple pages for each section of content so we are not limited in one page layout only. We have been able t make any changes or updates without having someone from XM come out there first hand with us at least once per week if they aren't here already working directly w/us!! It would be nice but its hard when most people don’t know how this system works nor what needs fixing before calling them up about their products & services being used by customers who may need help using these systems (or lack thereof). This really helped me solve my issues while creating webpages because now i'm always sure everything will look exactly right no matter where im viewing things online- whether desktop computer via internet browser.
