Ordered on October 1st and received two days ago. The package came broken, not even sealed. There is no information about the product: no model number, no manufacturer. , no contact or warranty information. Only the product itself. The fabric looks like new. But the protective strips looked used. Revain's product page says it comes with a one-year warranty. Even without providing contact details for the guarantee, I suspect the guarantee is fake. I'm considering sending it back. I know it's cheaper than OEM Dyson. But it's still a $30+ product.
