The shirt fits perfectly, the skirt is short.
To be honest, I only bought this outfit because of the shirt. I needed a high neck crop top to wear under a tank top dress and I knew from the picture that the skirt it came with would not work for me but I only have it for sizing tried on. It's super super short and super tight. Of course I'm pear shaped and I ordered a small one because my top is way smaller than my bottom. The top fits perfectly so I am happy with my purchase as I only bought it for a shirt. However, if you're trying to wear a skirt and the bottoms are a bit too heavy, be sure to go one size up.
